Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron were spotted backstage at the 2010 Inaugural St. Jude Children’s Hospital’s “Estrellas Por La Vida” Gala in Los Angeles.
The twosome were on hand to present Kenny Ortega with an award for his continuous work with children over the years.
